THE TEAM

Cabinet René MISRAHI is a Patent Law Firm with a team spirit.

Elie René MISRAHI, its founder, advices and assists all its clients, whether individual inventors or big companies, in all kind of Intellectual Property files.

In 2006, he intends to offer them an “a one” service so he is now currently organising his work in close cooperation with anyone member of a Team consisting of 6 other fully qualified professionals exercising their skill, complementary to his, in an “integrated network” fashion.


INDEED IN 2006, THE TEAM COMPRISES :

  • 3 scientific consultants (1 for Biotechnology + 1 for Food Sciences + 1 for Physics & Chemistry)

  • 2 European Patent Engineers (1 for Mechanics, 1 for Electronics/Informatics)

  • 1 Attorney at law (Arbitration, Litigation, Infringement + Trademarks, Design & Models, Copyright + Agreements, Unfair Competition, Competitive law)

  • 1 Business developer for added value files

    The firm is thus fully qualified to represent its national and foreign clients in France and throughout Europe providing any of its clients with the same quality of services via, when needed, its correspondents in all parts of the world.

    Since 1994, Elie René MISRAHI, has been assisting his clients and got credit for his best use of I.P, in “a winwin attitude”.

    Grace of its “integrated networking” team of fully qualified professionals his firm is able to handle files from almost all technical and/or legal I.P. areas.

    While his natural roots are firmly biotech, his firm got also credit when dealing with files from the automotive, oil, chemical, cosmetic, agro-food, textile industries, to name a few.
